ABOUT:

The 14th Annual Birdie with the Bar Golf Tournament hosted by the Lafayette Bar Association Young Lawyers to benefit the Lafayette Bar Foundation will be held Friday, March 11th, 2022 at The Wetlands Golf Course.

Over the course of our lifetimes, each one of us will encounter an issue that requires assistance of an attorney. The Lafayette Bar Foundation was established in order to offer assistance to those in our community who are unable to afford an attorney and may be in need of legal advice, answers to legal questions, or counsel. 

In response to this need, the Lafayette Bar Foundation has launched several pro bono programs that are free to the public, including the Protective Order Program, Counsel on Call, H.E.L.P., as well as hosting free legal seminars on various topics. Several attorneys in the area help with these programs or take on cases pro bono.

By supporting “Birdie with the Bar,” you are allowing the Lafayette Bar Foundation to continue its mission of serving the underprivileged in our community.
