LBA Office Updates

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Lafayette Bar would like to assure all those we serve that precautions continue to be taken in order to prevent the spreading of this virus. We will update our members and the public through social media and email communications when there are updates. As of 5/18/2020 the Lafayette Bar Association office is OPEN and operating regular business hours, however we will have limited staff and new procedures for entering the building.

TO ENTER THE BUILDING:
-- Parties of no more than one person are allowed into the office at a time (meaning you must come alone).
-- You must remain 6 feet apart while inside of the office.
-- You are required to wear a mask.
-- Do not enter if you have experienced symptoms of COVID-19 or been around someone who has tested positive COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

FORMS: The Law Library is still closed, and we cannot advise you on which form you may need. Please know which form you need to purchase before you enter the building. All Pro Se forms are still available for purchase and download online: www.lafayettebar.org. We cannot email or mail forms.

TO MEET WITH STAFF:
If you are scheduled to meet with a staff member for an extended amount of time, you will be asked to adhere to all the procedures above. You will also be required to complete a consent form regarding any exposure to COVID-19.
