 The Family Law Section is excited to remind our section members of our January 17, 2025 3 hr. CLE. The Section is holding a 3.0 hour CLE and meeting from 10 AM to 1:30 PM at the Lafayette Bar Association office. The speakers will include Brad Felder who will present on Community Property Partitions from 10 AM-11 AM. From 11 AM-12 PM, Jason MacMorran will present on Business Valuations. There will be a brief meeting from 12 PM-12:30 PM while lunch is being served. Karla Smith, will present from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM on Clearstart and Other Monitoring Methods.
