Administrative Coordinator
Lori Heaphy & Associates, LLC is a local court reporting firm seeking an administrative coordinator to assist with tasks associated with the scheduling of depositions and production of transcripts. Summary of Role and Responsibilities • Hours: 8-5 with one hour lunch break 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m. • Answer phones and assist clients • Enter data into database • Schedule and e-mail out video conferencing links to pertinent parties • Manage court reporters’ schedules to ensure deposition coverage • Invoice • Run and check payroll associated with court reporters • Basic clerical tasks • Produce and ship transcripts • Conference room management

Requirements Minimum Requirements • Ability to prioritize and multitask with minimal supervision • 1-2 years experience in the legal field • Bachelor’s degree- preferred but not necessary • Proficient in MS Office and video conferencing software • Strong organizational skills • 1-2 years prior office experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Detail-Orientated • Ability to lift 10-15 lbs
