Clerk / Assistant
Galloway Jefcoat, LLP is seeking a full-time file clerk/assistant to perform the following duties: filing, complete intakes of potential clients, scan closed files into our database; perform mail run, processing and distribution of mail, and other general office duties as needed. The successful candidate must have good organizational, communication, typing and computer skills. Other qualifications needed are the ability to handle multiple tasks, good spelling and grammar skills, ability to work well with our clients and co-workers. Bilingual fluency is a plus.
