Grit Project: Growing into the Practice (1.5 hrs. CLE)

Attendees will be introduced to the science of grit and growth mindset and will test their growth mindset. Real world scenarios will be discussed in small group settings. Finally, attendees will establish individual goals to apply grit or a growth mindset to their practice or careers. Lunch will be provided.

Cohort will participate in a 21-day Grit and Growth Mindset Challenge.
