The Criminal Law Section of the Lafayette Bar is hosting a section meeting and CLE on Wednesday, September 23, 2020. The meeting will begin at 3:30 PM followed by the CLE at 4:00 PM. Presenting “Criminal Procedure 101” will be Daniel “Danny” Landry and Donald “Don” Landry, both of whom are candidates in the election for 15th JDC District Attorney. They will explain criminal procedure, from arrest to bond, from arraignment to trial, and present their approach to criminal procedure in today’s courtroom. This event, hosted by the LBA Criminal Law Section, is open to all members for CLE credit and public live viewing. This event will be held in-person (safety protocols in place) and virtually.
