Hotel Reservations

Please note that you are responsible for making your own hotel accommodations. Reservations may be made online through the Windsor Court Hotel. Below are instructions to reserve your room(s) at the Windsor Court Hotel within the Lafayette Bar Association room block.


TO BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOM(S): 

  • Click on the direct link HERE and you will be brought to the Windsor Court's reservation webpage specifically set up for the Lafayette Bar, which already populates check in/check out dates of August 27-29th and room rates with the special group code (9765806).
  • Confirm the dates of your stay (you may need to adjust your stay if you intend to arrive early or add additional nights), number of guests and number of rooms. Confirm that the Group Code 9765806 has been applied.
  • There will be two room options to choose from: Guest Room or Premium Room. Click "Show Rooms" on the room type you would like to book to see more options. When you are ready to book, click the corresponding "Book Now" button.
  • In this new page, complete your reservation by entering your contact and payment information. When you are finished, click the teal "Complete Booking" to complete your reservation.You should receive an email confirmation from the Windsor Court Hotel with your reservation details.
