Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
Draft, edit, review and negotiate various contracts including master service agreements, subcontracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, leases, licenses, permits, etc.
Analyze contract requirements, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and company policies; suggest edits to bring drafts in line with group and business unit policies
Coordinate executive review, negotiation, and execution of contracts
Answer customer questions around contractual terms and agreements
Act as the principal liaison between the Legal Department and the operations team to coordinate review and approval of contracts
Assist in the management of the contract life cycle
Assist with certificate of insurance requests from clients
Assist with reporting needs and requests
Other duties as required
Contracts review experience
Associate’s Degree and at least two years’ experience in a contracts management group or general counsel’s office
Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal studies program preferred.
