Personal injury law firm seeking an experienced paralegal to replace a valued member who will be leaving May 15, 2013. Applicants are preferred to have at least 10 years of experience, a self-directed work ethic and an ability to work unsupervised. Duties will include drafting correspondence, drafting pleadings, assisting with discovery and limited research. Further, applicants should be well versed in trial preparation including but not limited to meeting, scheduling order demands, issuing subpoenas and assisting in trial.
