Large oil & gas service related company seeks in-house staff attorney or paralegal to handle contracts and master service agreements. Candidate must have experience reviewing and editing contracts. Candidate will be working directly with company's corporate counsel. Company would also consider candidate who is not an attorney or paralegal but who has significant contract review and editing experience within a corporate environment.
